1. General InformationThis Public Offer (“Offer”, “Agreement”) is made by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksandr Grigorev, registered in Georgia under registration number 306536255, operating under the brand names Mam, I’m not playing / Vombatium (“Executor”, “Provider”, “We”, “Us”), offering educational and consulting services in programming and digital skills.

In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Georgia “On Consumer Rights” and Articles 6 and 8 of the Civil Code of Georgia, acceptance of this Offer (payment for services) constitutes full and unconditional consent of the Customer to all terms and conditions stated below.
Upon acceptance, this document becomes a legally binding contract between the Provider and the Customer.
2. DefinitionsCustomer – any individual or legal entity who, personally or through an authorized representative, agrees to receive the Provider’s services under this Offer.
If the direct recipient of the service is a minor (under 18), the Customer acts as their legal guardian or parent.
Services – paid educational and consulting activities related to programming, game design, digital skills, and similar topics, conducted online via Zoom or other digital platforms.
Lesson – an individual or group online class including explanations, practice, and feedback from the teacher or assistant.
Course – a series of structured Lessons on a particular topic, including practical exercises, materials, and feedback.
Tariff – a paid plan specifying the number of lessons, total cost, duration, and included materials.
Feedback – review or comments provided by the Provider or assigned teacher on the student’s progress.
Acceptance (Agreement conclusion) – full payment for selected Services, which indicates that the Customer accepts this Offer and its terms.
Platform / Websitehttps://vombatium.com and any related subdomains, tools, or communication systems used to provide Services.
Content – educational materials, methods, graphics, videos, texts, or software owned by the Provider.
3. Subject of the AgreementThe Provider agrees to deliver paid online educational Services (Courses and Lessons) to the Customer under the selected Tariff, and the Customer agrees to accept and pay for them.
The Provider may engage assistants, teachers, mentors, or technical specialists (“Curators”, “Experts”) to deliver the Services.
  1. 4. Service Access and DeliveryLessons may be individual or group, as specified by the selected Tariff.
  2. Classes are delivered through online video communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  3. The Provider determines the schedule, platform, and duration of lessons; changes may occur with reasonable notice.
  4. If the Customer misses a class without notice at least 24 hours in advance, the class is considered delivered.
  5. Feedback and homework reviews are provided within the timelines indicated in the selected Tariff or Course description.
  6. 5. Payment TermsService fees are listed on the Website and denominated in GEL (Georgian Lari) or USD (if applicable).
  7. Payment is made in advance, 100% prepayment, through UniPAY, Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment systems.
  8. The date of payment is the date funds are credited to the Provider’s account.
  9. All payment commissions (including currency conversions or bank fees) are paid by the Customer.
  10. In case of refusal by the payment system or delay not caused by the Provider, the Provider bears no responsibility.
  11. The Provider may offer discounts or promotional tariffs; prior purchases are not subject to retroactive discounts.
  12. 6. Refund PolicyThe Customer may request a refund before the start of the Services.
  13. The Provider refunds the paid amount minus a 15% transaction fee.
  14. If the Service has started, a refund is calculated deducting:
  • the cost of completed lessons;
  • a 15% transaction fee.
  1. Refunds are made to the same account used for payment.
  2. Requests must be submitted in writing to vombatium@gmail.com and include:
  • full name, contact details, payment date and amount, reason for refund, and account details.
  1. The Provider processes refund requests within 10 (ten) calendar days of receipt.
  2. 7. Intellectual PropertyAll course content, methods, software, and teaching materials are the intellectual property of the Provider.
  3. The Customer may use provided materials only for personal learning.
  4. Redistribution, copying, resale, or public sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.
  5. In case of unauthorized sharing or access by third parties, the Customer must compensate the Provider in the amount of three times the course cost.
  6. For copyright violations, the Provider may claim a penalty of up to 5,000 GEL per violation.
  • 8. Responsibilities of the Parties The Provider:ensures timely delivery of lessons according to the agreed schedule;
  • may replace a teacher, reschedule, or change the platform with prior notice;
  • may record classes for quality assurance or educational purposes.
  • The Customer:provides accurate contact information;
  • ensures stable internet connection and access to online platforms;
  • follows teacher and platform guidelines;
  • refrains from any disruptive or offensive behavior;
  • does not share lesson access or materials with third parties.
9. Limitation of LiabilityThe Provider is not responsible for:
  • interruptions in internet access on the Customer’s side;
  • software or hardware issues beyond the Provider’s control;
  • subjective dissatisfaction or unfulfilled expectations;
  • results of learning, employment, or personal outcomes.
The total liability of the Provider for any claim under this Offer shall not exceed the total amount paid for Services within the previous three months.
10. Data Protection and PrivacyThe Provider collects and processes personal data (name, contact details, communication records, learning history) solely to deliver Services.
All data is stored securely in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
Data is not shared with third parties except for:
  • payment processing (UniPAY, Stripe, PayPal),
  • educational platforms, or
  • legal requirements.

11. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThis Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia.
All disputes shall first be resolved amicably.
If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless both parties agree to arbitration.
  • 12. Term and TerminationThe Offer is valid indefinitely until withdrawn or replaced by a new version published on the Website.
  • The Customer may terminate the Agreement at any time by written notice; access to Services will then be revoked.
  • The Provider may terminate the Agreement in cases of:
  • violation of intellectual property rights,
  • non-payment,
  • misconduct or abusive behavior.
No refund is issued in such cases.
